Please be aware people of the new piece of legistation that came into effect on the 01/10/2012 The Protection of Freedoms Act,

In light of this posting and watching your videos I would suggest you seek help with your defence from recognized members here or on Pepipoo.

Your videos are entertaining but rambling on in a court in front of a district judge wont do you much good. You will need concise facts and argument against their claim, and due to your videos and conversations you have had with Roxburghe they will know what your argument is!

Base your defence on facts, backed up with more facts!

DWR, do you really have a claim from Roxburghe's or GW?

Roxburghe's, as a third party agent, would be in contempt of court the moment they set foot in the courtroom. Unless of course you are taking them to court.

GW normally backs down immediately upon a defence being submitted, if he hasn't in your case then your defence may not be suitable.

Like the others on here I would strongly advise you get help with your defence.
    Je Suis Cecil.
  • Roxburghe are still getting details from somewhere as I have just received a 4th parking fine from outside Doncaster airport (different vehicles) and the date was 24th October 2012..... Quicker than usual though they usually take a few weeks not 2 days

Perform a FOI request to the DVLA asking the precise date the keeper's details were requested.

    Do it now.

Would that not be a DPA request as it relates to personal data?
  • The car was only there 2 days ago so it must have been on Wednesday, also interesting is the other fines were £80 and this one is for £60. I havent got the fine in front of me because my boss gets them then rings me up to shout at me and I have to come back here again and quote all this before he calms down and shreds them lol.... Funny thing is the court threats for 2 of them came today and this new fine as well. Are they getting keen ? or do they have some new information so they can enforce these fines they go back to April or May

These were never FINES, they were invoices!
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

to be pedantic they are a notice of charge, which is a notice of an invoice if you agree to the terms. You cannot invoice someone if they have not agreed to anything. So its neither, I will stick to calling it a fine so we all understand what I am talking about

Please don't. A "fine" has a specific legal meaning. Used incorrectly, as in this case, it gives it a legitimacy it does not deserve. Only by making people realise these charges have no statutory backing, will the scam be made plain. The PPCs rely on people's misunderstanding to get them to pay up. Don't perpetuate it/help their dishonourable cause.
