Roxburghe don't issue fake 'fines' as they are a debt collector not a PPC. So whoever issued the fake PCN are the ones who got your data.

Vcs I think, yes you are correct, I am quoting Roxburghe as they are the ones that sent the other letters after the initial notice of charge. Haven't seen the new letter yet only got told about it on phone
  • Another Roxburgh letter for the 'emergency bog paper' here

I particularly liked the "we will pursue" which is odd, last letter said "will result in court action" wish they'd get on with it, I'm going grey with age waiting.

No response needed, just posting to keep folk informed of what PPC's(VCS)/Debt(imaginary debt) collectors are up to

Does your defence include the VCS cases in terms of the PPC not owning the land? And does it cite the cases where a PPC charge was found to be an unlawful penalty?

Did you get help from Alexis or Wageslave on pepipoo?

Excel are due to feature on BBC Wales' X-Ray programme tonight. The programme has just started so if you can get BBC Wales it might be worth a watch.

DWR, if i was you i woiuld be checking everything over and over and over again, and taking advice from the regulars on pepipoo ( as well as other sources)

for some reason i have a nasty feeling that you could be in for a fall, and GW could have a trophy win case, another reomote option is that you could be a stooge, as you seem a little bit too confident, and not in the slightest concerned.
    have you posted on pepipoo/cag?

  • Fact - MET do not use the DVLA to get all their details and use a database made up of people who purchase cars. How do I know - simples - I brought a car from a high street garage for one of my offspring and have had a number of invoices for supposed 'parking infringements' from MET and follow up joke threats and phone calls courtesy of Rox!!!!!!s and supposed solicitors on the assumption I am the registered keeper. The vehicle in question has never been registered by / to me or at my address. I reached the stage where I was almost on my knees pleading with them to take me to court butfor some reason inspite of their comfidence of an easy win they just would not play ball ;)

Have reported the matter to the IC but never received reply

thanks for calling me a stooge, if you knew the facts of the case, then you will understand why I will not show my hand to these knobs who read the posts. I thought we were all on the same side to get rid of this cancer. Failure isnt an option, and besides im one of the few who are actually going to court.

Appologies if any ofence was caused, i sometimes drop to the pessemistic side of things, just be careful out there.

Will your case have the power to put an end to or seriously hamper the efforts of the PPC companies?

Maybe it is now time to chase up your complaint with the IC.
