tick the boxes to select your internal drive as source

Might be a Windows Volume Shadow Service error as Macrium relies on this to image an in use OS disk.

OK. Go back to My Computer. Right Click on J drive, Click Properties. On the General tab, what is shown against:-
- Type:
- File System:
- Used Space:
- Free Space:
- Capacity:

When I created a Word document and attempted to save it to the J drive I got the following message
"J:\filename.doxc
File not found.
Check the file name and try again.".0
