Bit confused how you got the sky world deal for £28 inc HD?

When i look at the link the offer is £10.75 for basic then an additional £17 for Sky world and then you have to pay the £10 for HD which makes £37.75 unless i am missing something?

Also, here's another important question, every package you choose on the website, do you have to stick with for the whole 12 months?

Usually, when you order normally (over the phone for instance) you are only required to keep at least one package for the whole 12 months, you can still chop and change, or add and subtract other packages...

(I know you'll definitely have keep the HD pack for 12 months no matter what).

Just an update - Sky called me back as promised this morning and ran through the process for installation at the end of the week. All good.

i ordered mine last night, without code as it didn't work (after being advised to do so with a customer rep on the phone) and to call the 'exceptions line direct' this morning 08442 411 686. i did so... he entered the offer but said it there was no M&S vouchers back. so i told him to cancel and i would do it online. then i would get half price package and £50 m&s voucher. plus all the usual free setup and installation. the only problem is now.. there is someone at that address with a sky account now.. so i am waiting for sky to call back and confirm that i am a new customer and live on the property. slightly off topic.. but i hope it works out so i can take advantage of the great offer! but i can confirm my online code worked. do it online as you will still get the £50 m&s vouchers. if you call them on the phone... you probably won't.

We were in touch with Sky yesterday trying to sort this out - there was a problem with anyone going for HD. The codes should now work and Sky's extended the expiry date til midnight Thursday so try again.
