Can i ask how you recorded the call?
Did you use something within your phone?
And do you have to tell them?
I use Total Recall which works very well on most S60 phones.
No you don't need to tell them, as long as it's for your own use.
You probably wouldn't be able to play the call in a court should you need to take that action, but you could provide an accurate transcript.0 -

I'm looking for more minutes at least 900 if I get free weekends or 1200mins if not. I'm prepared to go sim only but will strongly consider a refurbished iphone or BB.I'll appreicate if anyone with knowledge on the current deals at CarPhoneWare House will tell me what I could get and perhaps what I should haggle for. Some one at retentions today offered me 18mths at £45 with £540 cb, 1200mins, 1000txt and unltd weekends. Comes to £15 a month. So I'll be paying an extra £10 for 600 more mins. Not good....Thank you.0

Currently paying £35pcm and at end of contract. The phones I want aren't available yet (Desire or X10) so I am thinking about changing to a simplicity 1 month tarrif to save money for a new months.
Is this possible?0 -

anything is possible but will they class you as an upgrade when you have effectively finished one contract and gone onto another...for one month!!0 -
Moneysaver200 I dont make a lot of calls to 02 or land lines but it appears there's a 200mins bolt on.
Pennymakespounds will do.

I usually just get the cheapest deal when upgrading and have kept my phone for years. Currently on the £35 p/m deal with 600 mins, 200 mins bolt on, 1000 double texts, lots of cashback so paying net £1.33 p/m.
Upgraded my missus to the same again the other week and managed to get £5 p/m after cashback on the same tariff.
I'm thinking of upgrading to iPhone or Blackberry. Any deals if you threaten to change network do you think? Or by going for one of those phones am I destined to paying over the odds?
Any tips to getting one of those phones on the cheap? I was thinking of renewing my current deal and keeping my old phone, then buying a Blackberry, but I think I need some sort of special data plan for that.

MJTHFC just wondering how it comes to 1.33pm.
Mine comes to 5p/m. Do you think this is a good deal and I should go and buy a phone elsewhere if needed? Or perhaps change network or go direct?
Thanks.0
