Thanks for the update. Did you port your number over?
And what exactly does "unlimited web and email" mean?
Cheers
The online ordering process didn't give the porting option. I called after and they said that I would need to wait to recieve the phone and then speak to T Mobile about it directly. BMP apparently used to sort out the porting for you but not anymore.
The 500MB data refers to how many apps, music etc you can download. But to surf the internet and look at emails, I can do this without worrying about data limits.
I'm no teccy but I asked that isn't surfing and emailing in itself mean that I am downloading some data and doesn't that come part of the 500MB limit?
She said no (I did say they answered quickly and efficiently but I don't know if correctly!)
So not 100% sure about this but a friend of mine says dont worry about it, as he and his wife use their iPhones all the time and never had issues with going over data allowance. Between using the wi-fi for free at home / work / mcd's, you won't use much of the data allowance.
But I'll need a smart phone before I worry about this and no plans to get one anytime soon0 -
Sujman - did you get your phone? EVerything OK?
All paperwork supplied for Cashback?

Yeap, phones arrived Saturday. Vouchers included. T&C's said something about you have 14 days to ask for replacements if not included. I called anyway to ask for repalcements so that I had a back-up copy.
Already got my 1st bill from T-Mobile on Tuesday. As I was planning to port my numbers over (which I have now done - called yesterday to give PAC numbers etc and first thing this morning, numbers ported over) I asked if that would cause any issue with the cashback claims.
BMP so won't be any issue at all. Whilst my first bill will have my original T-Mobile phone number on, the 2nd bill will have that number plus the ported number on the bill. Then the 3rd bill onwards will just have my ported number. So the links are there to prove all is OK.
BMP said there are only 2 reasons CB claims would fail (assuming procedures are followed):
1. The monthly bill is not paid on time and you default
2. You lower the tariff you are on.
Changing the mobile phone number would not be a problem.
So I'm happy. I just need to find myself some nice cheap andriod phones to use all the internet allowance I have!0 -

2010's accounts look quite odd, but 2011's were the first where they were audited and they made a profit.
£10m turnover.
No guarantees, but not a tiny company run from someone's spare room.Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -
Just a bit of info really, CPW are moving all of their O2 accounts back to O2 direct either now or in the near future.0

Size, like risk, is relative. There was just £1,112 in the bank and the quality of the redemption forms indicates a rather amateurish operation - might also explain their tardiness and breaking their (very generous - to them) t&c on payment timescales last year at two points. Current assets exceed current liabilites BUT a lot is hidden in the detail. A net worth of less than 3/4 £m is minute in comparison with the usual suspects.0 -

Growing businesses are often low on cash.Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -
So are businesses who fail to pay on time and then go bust - much more common.0

Got my final cheque from CPW/O2.
Called retention and they now have nothing, so got my PAC.
