Last week rang through to cancel two contracts, spoke with loyalty and I got offered / accepted this on both accounts:

    50 xnet anytime mins 200 texts + 2000 texts to O2 customers

    Lg Prada (beautiful) (not clearance)

    £20pm 18months

    £150 Cashback via redemption

    Total cost over 18months = £210

Not amazing but the best deal I have seen for the Prada money wise.

These contracts my parents use so they don't need any more minutes.

They couldn't offer more cashback for a higher tarif anyway it was the same.

I am having 1 of the Prada's and 1 is going on ebay to get back some of the cash in advance.

    I'm happy ;)

Although the phones haven't arrived as yet ..grrr !!

Am rather fed up with CPW keep bothering me about extending my contract with them. However, I have today accepted their offer which was for a further 12 month contract of 100 minutes and 100 texts (enough for me) with the line rental automatically credited to my account (no chequebacks to remember). I know that for lots of people that wouldn't be enough minutes, but I don't use my mobile very often or for long calls, and at this price it's cheaper than pay as you go. I went over it with the O2 person who rang me several times to ensure that I'd got it right and to avoid any uncertainty and she said that they recorded all phonecalls as a record of the transaction.
Is this an ok deal do you think?

I just got this deal too. Although I was told the £300 credit to my account covered the line rental for this tariff (£25 x 12). No extra £60 though. I did ask about whether some of the minutes (or just get less minutes in total ) could be for peak calls but was told that although free line rental (overall) cashback claims would have to be submitted.

I am given 12m free with 12m cashback of £300.00 and no more bills to sent, with 750m xnet off peak only.............no phones
  • I just got the same deal, since I've been with them for a year they upgraded me to a call 12 month free line rental tariff of 750 off peak calls and 125 texts off peak, they credit £300 into my phone account and I don't have to pay anything unless I go over the 750 or call in peak times!
I think it's great, I didn't want a new phone in the first place and was depressed that I would have to be giving up my lovely chocolate phone because I could no longer afford the monthly tariff, this came as a real surprise, I get free line rental for a whole year and get to keep using my phone, YAY!

OK guys I rang CPW and got through to an asian person, yes! So me being asian I chatted to him about stuff and he knew precisely what I wanted - the overall cost of phone and contract to be as cheap as possible! With a decent floggable phone! This is what I got - I was on the phone for a good 40mins possible more:::::::

    NOTE: £20/mth = 25mins + 50txt, £30/mth = 200mins + 100txt, £35/mth = 300mins + NOT SURE txts

    1) 750 xnet offpeak 100txt free for whole year straight credit - I think £25/month SIM ONLY.

    2) k800i £25x12 - £150 cashback = £150 total
    OR £20x12 - £150 = £90

    3) 6300 £35X12 - £300 = £120 total
    OR £30x12 - £250 = £110
    OR £20x12 -£150 = £90

    4) w880i £30x12 - £135 = £225
    OR £20x12 + £100 for phone - £150 = £190

    5) 8800 sirocco £35x12 - 105 = £315

    6) N73 £35x12 - 135 = crap deal

    7) u600 £30x12 - £196 = £164
    OR £20x12 + £30 for phone - £150 (NEW PHONE) = £120

PS: SOME OF THESE DEALS MAY BE CLEARANCE PHONES!!!!! THIS IS WHAT I WROTE DOWN ON MY PIECE OF PAPER AND SO JUST BECAUSE IT DOES NOT SAY NEW DOES NO MEAN IT IS NOT NEW.

Which one do you think I should get??? The LG PRADA one looks a wicked deal but I want to be on a higher tarriff! Off peak is no good for me.

    Hi,
Just want to add to my previous post, I sold 1 of the Prada phones (£230 profit) so made one contract free after the £150 cashback.

But I have received no confirmation of the £150 cash back,,,has anyone received it?

eeeek guess I need to give them a ring maybe
