If I were you I'd reconsider staying with them. What they were is not what they are now!

Meanwhile you may be able to give your most recent claim address to someone else who's put their misplaced trust in cpw recently:-

My wife's contract with CPW expires in 6 weeks time so I will be calling them in a couple of weeks to hopefully negotiate a new deal. I would prefer a discounted rate as some have managed, currently have 200 minutes and 50 text per month.

My 3 contract runs out at the same time so I am looking for something else now too . Has anyone ever managed to negotiate a similar discount deal on an additional sim with CPW or would I just be able to get this on the original sim?

  • I'm currently on an 02 contract with e2save and need to cancel/upgrade today. Have tried 02 retentions once and not very happy with what I was offered. Just wondering, can I call CPW-02 retentions (since e2save is one of their companies) and if so, what number do I need to call?

    Help appreciated.

free to call from your o2 phone - even though it is a 0870 number.

Also tells you how many minutes you got etc. This is CPW-O2's customer service number.

Thanks to both of you ^^.

Called the number and was told I'd have to deal with o2 direct. Oh well, worth a try anyway.

I've heard rumours that e2save and OSPS now use O2 direct rather than CPW-O2.

I can't confirm that but when I got my contract 3 years ago it was CPW-O2 rather than O2 direct.
