  • They are sending the full T&C out in writing, if I haven't received them in 7 days, I can always cancel.
  • Would be good to know if you do receive them - thanks!
  • Thought I'd add what I've just got as no-ones added for a while. I don't think this is a brilliant deal and I wasn't too pushy either!

Get the offer and all the terms in writing before accepting it..and read some of the other threads about problems with CPW not honouring their deals later.

As for porting numbers, if this is a retention deal your number should just go across.

Thx for the advice. I just called them again to confirm the deal and get the conversation recorded. The new contract will start when my current contract ends, so I guess it won't affect the final cashback claim of my current contract? (as i only need to send them the 11th bill).

    Hi
I am on the 11th month of a one year contract with OSPS. Finishes on the 29th of November. Just upgraded and was told that my new tariff will start from 11th on November. I have to get £385 by cashback. Can you tell me the terms and conditions? Do they send details by post? Is there any cashback forms that have to be sent and what is the customer care number please.
Thanks in advance for your kind advice.

Can i ask if you've got your final cashback claim back for the contract before the upgrade?

Hi - i took the same offer as you last year and when i rung up yesterday to cancel, the offered me the same deal as you.

BUT as I've heard a lot of bad press about CPW/O2 lately, i declined and finally got my DNR.

Now I'm thinking to ring them up after i get my 12th bill on the 21st and try to get that offer again.

    Any thoughts?
