Are you in a secure unit then? That would explain a lot.

Now come on what security issues are these ?

We should really start a new thread for the receipt issue.

Peeps heres the link to the thread so we can keep the Co Op thread on track

I put it on praise, vents and warnings but is it more suited to Discussion Time ?

Well I hope someone here is prepared to cough up the 20p they owe me.

I went to Tesco today and was charged 20p for the receipt, I asked the cashier about it and was told it is a trial.

I have attached the receipt below:

Are the colour thermal printers a trial too

Hardly detailed - he's forgotten the VAT

    Bless

VAT is included in the price.

So you have forgotten what you posted this morning, yes? :p

I have spoken to the store in question this morning and they advise it is a trial fee for a new type of detailed sales invoice, exclusively at Extra stores.

A detailed sales invoice would detail the VAT!

No, that is a VAT invoice. That is 40p.

Apologies, I didn't realise they had a whole portfolio of receipts! So please explain what a detailed sales invoice details that a normal receipt does not?

An invoice, detailed or otherwise needs to show the VAT and VAT number of the business, make sure you put that on your next photoshop attempt
