Virgin Media Deals - Deal Comparison Thread!

i am currently on just the virgin telephone but i would like the internet and tv . i phoned today to see what offers they had but the man was realy rude!! he just said that he could only give me the three for thirty option and that i should check the internet(he seamed too dim to understand that i dont have connction thats the whole point of me phoning!!) but i know you all have better deals than that so what am i doing wrong????

If you go on the 2 for £20 (Broadband and Telephone) you will get the digital tv free with it.

The standard phone package comes with 2 for £20 is M (free weekend only), but if you get lucky and speak to a helpful VM advisor, he/she might upgrade it to Phone XL - Unlimited free calls - (you need to deline the free TV M which comes with the phone inorder to get the phone upgraded) for you for free.
(Might only avaliable to new customers, not quite sure)

If this doesn't happen you always can pay a little bit extra to get it upgraded.

i.e: Upgrade Phone from M to L (evening + weekend free calls).
£20 + £3.95 (price difference between M & L) = £23.95
So, you can get BB M (2meg) + Phone L (evening&Weekend) + TV M (comes free with Phone) for £23.95

Thanx Dano I'm planning on getting through this month then ringing when the bills been processed coz they get the bills messed up in between, I've got about another 2 weeks to go

I've been thinking about moving though I'm so fed up with them

sorry but i dont understand how you would get all three if its only 2 for twenty?? am i being realy thick?

In VM recent deal TV(M) comes free with any Phone packages as standard.
For instance, if you take BB and Phone for 2 for £20, they will give you a free TV M (comes free with the phone), but if you choose BB and TV (or Phone and TV) for 2 for £20, then you will really get 2 for £20.

Furthermore, in order to make 3 for £30 more compatitive than '2 for £20' (i.e. BB M + Phone M + TV M), VM offers BB M + Phone M + TV XL for £30.
