Virgin Media Deals - Deal Comparison Thread!

Hi,
this wee thread is purely for people to state what deals they managed to negotiate from Virgin media so that it makes it easier for others to judge their own deal and thereafter equip them with the info to negotiate a better one.
Please just state your post with the following:

• Type of TV service i.e. L, XL, etc
• Type of Broadband i.e. 2Mb, 4MB, etc
• Type of Phone service i.e. 24/7, free weeksends, etc
• Extras e.g. V+, extra box, etc
• Amount per month
• Length of deal i.e. set period or indefinite.

when i try and do this it offers me the 'M' TV package for free but in the t&c it also states that i have to pay £11 per month for the phone line in order to do so

did u buy all 3 together or upgrade you package? if it was an upgrade, what price were you quoted all together?

V+ box will be £10 once it's installed, so still less in total than I had been paying. Lee achieved this by merging my three separate accounts, then checking current deals and asking how much I'd like to pay. I'm happy :T
