Well my bill has been wrong every month since January and so every month I need to ring up to wangle a new deal and have my bill sorted out.

The latest from them is (and I have it in writing this time) :

    10MB Broadband
Phone line talk evening & weekends
    TV XL with HD
£37.20 for the next three months, and then £54.25 then after. But it wont go that high after three months as the price of the 10MB is going down from £35 to £20 so I'll end up paying £39.20 which im happy with. But no doubt my bill will be wrong so ill have to ring again next month.

The other thing is due to all the screw ups im already £37 in credit with them :money: :money: :money:

I wish Virgin Media would stick to a standard pricing package that's fair to everyone. It seems to me that the more you're prepared to haggle, the better deal you get. I've got a good deal now, but don't see why I couldn't have been offered this without having to haggle and negotiate - I have been a Telewest (now Virginmedia) customer for around 10 yrs.

Similarly I've got BB : L ( 4 Meg) that was meant to be £12.50 pm for a year but went upto £25 after 3 months. When I queried this I was told they only do deals for 3 months but they would reduce it to £12.50 for another 3 months only.

    So now I'm back to £25 pm.

I don't want phone, I'm stuck on mobile contracts at the moment and won't give up sky. So I just want to pay less than £25 for 4Mg BB!

Why not try the 16MB for £10 from Sky - or the 8MB for £5?

As much as I like to see other members saving money on there Virgin bill, I think its wrong the VM can charge one customer £40 and the other £30 for the same package. How can they think they can get away with that.

    I have the following -

    Tv - XL x 2
    Phone - U/L
    Broadband- 2mg

Cost £30 per direct debit, though this months bill was £15 as I got £15 refunded due to non direct debit fee's
