    Has anyone been able to get a great deal as a NEW customer? Any tips on being successful?

    Got a quote from a CS advisor today. When I told her I could stay with BT and get more or less the same for getting on half the price and would she offer any reduction, she wasn't interested.

    surely you mean £10 for the SIM cards only?

    No i think the sim cards are free then its £10 a month for 300 mins and 300 texts
