Is the 3 for 30 any good? home phone, broadband and mobile? What can I say to improve this deal (if anything)? Cheers!0

Try to get these thrown in for free.So thats just with the free tv then?
When I phone I will try and get that instead of mine with xl tv as I don't have the international and talk mobile on mine... What is talk mobile anyway is it just fir calling mobiles or having a virgin one?
Talk Mobile -"save 25% on all your calls to mobiles"
Talk International -"gives you cheaper calls to any country, worldwide landline or mobile"
Talk Mobile (worth £1.50/month)

It's called competition.Has anybody else seen this?
http://www.virgin.net/allyours/talk/
what they are basically offering is the same as talk talk?
but this is only if you get their service through a phone line as opposed to a cable! how does this make sense?
You get 8mb broadband, and evening and weekend calls for £14.99! i'm paying £35 for 2mb broadband and evening and weekends!
WHAT?
They're discounting packages on BT Lines as they're having to compete with BT/TalkTalk/Tiscali etc. who also supply services down these lines.
Nobody else can supply down a cable, so customers are less likely to move & they aren't forced to discount to same extent.

Virgin are trying to rip me off now, since i cancelled they are being really off hand with the refund cheque they owe me. WHAT A DISGRACEFUL COMPANY!
Hopefully Sky will be much better.Instigated terrorism the road to dictatorship.0 -

Was paying £56.50 pm for BB L, TV XL, phone M. Said I wanted to save money and was looking at moving to Sky because it was cheaper. VM offered above package. So I'm saving £21.50 pm and they upgraded my phone!0 -
I currently have 2 for £20.00 deal -- 2M broadband & Basic telephone with free weekend calls.
My kids would like to have Sky sports.
How much do you think that I can get the price down to for
2M broadband (wouldn't mind 4M if free upgrade !!!!!!!!!!!)
+ Skysports
+ telephone
Thank you0 -
BT are advertising anytime telephone at £7.95 and line rental of £10.50, maybe virgin will reduce thiers too from £9.95. If they do I doubt that they will reduce it for people on loyalty packages coz they didnt when they reduced it from £14 to £9.95.
I have noticed that there is a whole new team on the retentions dept in my area. I used to phone quite a lot as I had all mine on separate bills so each deal ran out at different times. I've not spoken to a person I knew once since they changed. This new team I think have had special training and they seem to relish in not giving good deals out and love saying no, some are really very very rude and ignorantThanx
