And then... direct from the Cooking section of the MEGA Index...

    - Bananas - to use up
    - Bananas - too many
    - Bananas - going black
    - Bananas, over ripe
    - Bananas, ripe

Read them all very carefully - I'll be asking questions later :)

I'll add this post onto the thread linked by Haribo in a little while.

I usually do banana and choc chip muffins. Some folks make smoothies.... I would rather eat fruit than drink it!

Thanks for the links - I just find them so confusing just to geta simple receipe! There's links within threads and the threads are 10+ pages long and you have to trawl through them all then that links to another 10+ pager and I never find what I want!

Thanks though, I think I've found one usable which I just need to buy castor sugar for.

    Catt xx

The indexes can really help you here - whether looking for a general recipe, or slow cooked, vegetarian, bread... and so on.

The Cooking section of the MEGA Index in particular has lots of recipes grouped by main ingredient, so it can get you off to a quick start.

To really quickly check a thread you can use the "Search this thread" link towards the top right of a page and do something like chicken +peppers +cream, for example, and it should show you the posts with one or all of the ingredients you are most interested in finding a recipe for.
