I like bananas with custard, or with milk and sugar, or with raspberry yoghurt. Also nice baked in foil with almonds and honey and served with ice cream or cream or vanilla yoghurt.spendy/she/her ***DEBT-FREE DATE: 11 NOVEMBER 2022!*** Highest debt: £35k (2006) MY WINS: £3,541 CASH; £149 Specsavers voucher; free eye test; goody bag from Scottish Book Trust; tickets to Grand Designs Live; 2-year access to Feel Amazing App (worth £100); Home Improvement & Renovation Show tickets; £50 to spend on chocolate; Harlem Globetrotters tickets; Jesus Christ Superstar tickets + 2 t-shirts; Guardians of the Galaxy goody bag; Birmingham City v Barnsley FC tickets; Marillion tickets; Dancing on Ice tickets; Barnsley FC v Millwall tickets0

I slice mine and put them in a container, then stick them in the freezer. Once frozen they can be put in a freezer bag if you are low on space. If you eat them while frozen they almost have the consistency of ice cream. You can also use them in smoothies straight from frozen, making the end result nice and cool :cool:0

I agree. For your average blender, 2 bananas, 150ml pot of plain yoghurt and a big spoonful of honey. Whizz. Pour. Drink. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life.0 -
I either stick them in the freezer for muffins/pancakes/smoothies later, or I put in the oven with a little fruit juice, and some brown sugar or golden syrup. Serve with icecream...yum.0

Definitely banana muffins in this house. Once made, they freeze really well. My workmates are always asking when I'm making them again (well I like to treat them to some proper home baking now and then).0

Oh yes, this works really well, if you freeze them in slices on a baking tray you can part dip them in chocolate too.:staradmin:starmod: beware of geeks bearing .gifs...:starmod::staradmin:starmod: Whoever said "nothing is impossible" obviously never tried to nail jelly to a tree :starmod:0
