Great recipe ideas I shall definitely try some. Bananas are a favourite in this house, my children also use the inside of the banana skins to polish their shoes if they eat a banana before school.

My Mum used to peel them, make a slit down the middle and fill the gap with choc buttons ( i guess any choc would work), then wrap in foil and bung in the oven, OMG they are YUMMY, we used to have them with custard or ice cream.

we used to have this as a pudding done on the BBQ after the main course.

    Hi,

I have 6/7 over ripe bananas. I was gonna throw them away but would like to make something nice from them.

Any ideas? Also what other ingredients would I need for those ideas?!

Banana bread sounds great! I don't have a bread maker!

What ingredients would I need and can I cook it in the oven in a cake tin!? (don't have a loaf tin)
