Been with Ovivo for 5 months and using the sim in an iPhone 4 - both for my phone and my wife's phone.
Data can be a little slow but heck I paid £15 so far for 5 months worth of service and still have £12 credit left - spend money when texting home from USA.
I got caught out trying to use the Phone outside of the UK - you have to tell them before hand so they can enable the option. Only took 48 hours after requesting it via their website and if you read the website it is very clear you need to do this.
Where does it show you the cost of texting from abroad on their website. It lets you know about calling from abroad but not texting.
I take it the cost comes off your credit.0 -

Its on their pricing page. Texts to UK are 8p from Europe and 49p from elsewhere which comes off your credit.0 -

The message services suggested use 1 to 2 kilobytes per message, so won't cost much except where minimum billing units are 100 kB or so, or on daily flat rates for data where there's no other use that day
OK on a basic phone, but if data roaming is enabled on a smartphone then apps may update automatically using large amounts of data.0 -
Right now on thefaq s they r not allowing anyone to transfer from Voda to ovivo. If they want to keep their existing number using a pac code. I'm on Voda and wanna keep my number and transfer my number to freedom package.0

So PAC elsewhere like Orange, O2 or Giffgaff, and then PAC in to Ovivo from the other network.
It'll only add a few days to the process.====0
