    To confirm, the discussions with PayPal are around item received significantly not as described. Full details of the description and contents received have been provided to PayPal and under review with a PayPal Claims Specialist. I have suggested a partial refund which reflect the differences in advertised product to that received from Mighty Deals (Money Expert).

    I do not wish to provide further detail until the PayPal outcome has been decided and actioned.
  • Has anyone in this forum actually managed to get Mighty Deals to issue a full refund? And by that I mean a full refund into their bank/ credit card account, not *Mighty Cash*.

    I have been chasing for at least two months. Have been told they've processed the refund at least 3 or 4 times both via their customer service ticket (ID#995694) and via their Facebook account, but basically the money never showed up. Am starting to think this is all a big scam!!!

    I have been chasing for at least two months. Have been told they've processed the refund at least 3 or 4 times both via their customer service ticket (ID#995694) and via their Facebook account, but basically the money never showed up. Am starting to think this is all a big scam!!!

    Refunds from this company seem to be a hard thing to do.

    I've contacted these people on several occasions telling them that the card used for payment was no longer valid, but what did they do? Sent the refund to THAT card (apparently).

    I say apparently as it's been 5 days since they refunded, and the bank for that card confirms no refund has been made.
  • Likewise. Every time they say they have processed refund they say it will take *7-10 days* before money shows up. I wait but nothing materialises in the account.

    I mean there's incompetence and then there's outright lying:

  • So I just received my March bank statement today and it looks like I've finally received a refund! All in all 3 months of chasing - support ticket for refund was initially raised on 11th Dec 2014 :(

    I guess when they say wait 7-10 days they actually mean one month, but at least I got my money back now at last.

    I am also one of many who is chasing Mighty Deals for a refund. I have been told that the refund was processed in my PayPal account in February, but there is nothing there and they have over £200 from me. Now I do not even get replies from Mighty Deals.

    How on earth are we supposed to make contact with them, as their customer service is non existent :(
