If so, consider asking your card issuer for a chargeback - promised refund not provided.

Note that if the card used was a Mastercard, there is a £10 minimum value, so a chargeback will not work for your £5 claim.

I purchased from muscle foods via mighty deals part of it was rancid and muscle foods agreed a refund but that had to come from mighty deals , I have email customer service numerous times but relieved nothing I am furious and am planning to let my Facebook friends know how appalling mighty deals are , and no phone number why is that?:mad::mad:
