Cancelling a booking just because you have seen it advertised cheaper elsewhere is never a good idea unless you are sure you are entitled to a full refund on your first booking. From what you have written so far, I cannot see that you are entitled to a refund.

As an aside, it would be a good idea to remove your email address from your post unless you want lots of spam from all sorts of places.

First of all I cannot get in contact with your company because you do not reply to emails or have a telephone! I am very much doubting the £370 I have paid out for the Wimbledon deal as the holiday company are very vague and have not sent out any confirmation. Also when I phoned the hotel to confirm the booking they did not have any booking for us. I think this is enough of a reason to want my money back. Can you please refund me and I will not be paying any fee to cancel. I will never buy anything from mighty deals again after my experience. I am also waiting on refunds for straighteners and a hoodie. Mighty deals take the money out of your account quick enough but are nowhere to be found when people arent happy with the service/products and want refunds! Can you confirm when the money is put back into my account for the 4 refunds.

Anwar - if you want to discuss something with Mighty Deals you would be best advised to contact them direct, not just keep posting your complaint on the forum. MSE are NOT Mighty Deals - and Mighty Deals Rep only bothers to come on here to reply now and then.

Direct contact, every day if necessary (they have very poor customer service!) is your best strategy. They do not make contact easy - but you can raise a ticket on their website or, probably better, email them (with your contact details so they know who you are!) at their email address which is (I think) customerfeedback@mightydeals.co.uk

Having paid £5 for a Tesco £10 voucher is April I am still waiting for either a refund or indeed my voucher. Have contacted Mighty Deals still nothing from them. There must still be lots of people either without voucher or refund. My purchase does not even show on my Mighty Deals account. All I have is a payment made via c/c. Like many others I will not use this company again

also waiting for a refund after the £5 tesco voucher !!!! up. apparently i unsubscribed from the website or something. only god knows how i did that as i only remember buying the voucher then signing out !!

i've sent around 5 emails with no reply....with all the complaints they are getting from various forums i've been reading, it could take another 6 months for a reply. will be trying to get someone on the phone tomorrow. i would liken my experience with mighty deals to a buying off one of those chinese sites where they take your money and never send the goods.

well done mighty deals for another cracking deal. no wonder they can do the tesco deal. they basically take 50% of their customers money and give 50% the £10 vouchers !!! some deal for the ones who DONT get the voucher !!!

this happened to me
as I had paid with paypal I opened a dispute and escalated it straight away to a full on dispute
I was refunded the next day

I got the same told I unsubscribed etc .Everyone needs to start putting it on loads of sites to warn other people .
Joke is that people would debate about buying from China ..........
