At last i got an email with a code and I used it today and it worked.!
Shall not ever be using Mightydeals again but glad its sorted took days and days and lots of emails not impressed.

I'm starting to believe that Mighty Deals / Money Expert , whoever they are… are a bunch of thieves.
I ordered two vouchers for two bunk beds at the same time £810.. They took the money off my paypal account and only one bed arrived, that was 7 weeks ago. Since then I have tried contacting them through the website only to get no response or a one off automated response. When I call the telephone number I get a voice recording saying to go through the website for customer service so I go around in circles. I looked up their registered address and called there and nobody ' had heard of Mighty Deals, when I called a second time, they were ' affiliated'.The story never ties up and it all makes no sense. Do not transact with these people whatever you do! If anybody can shed any light and how I can get my second bed or at least half my money back then please let me know? Thanks

It's been 6 weeks and still no delivery. I bought a telescopic ladder voucher code: M3D879154 and redeemed it. I have wrote to mighty deals countless amounts of times and no response. I looked on my voucher to see what merchant was sending the ladders and clicked the link and it comes up with error. is there anything else I can do if mighty deals are never goi g to respond?

I have so far received my refund for the wimbledon tickets after really fighting to get it back! I have still to be refunded for straighteners and a top- I was told the refund was being processed at the same time but I have still not got my refund for these. Mighty deals easily take the money out of your account but it is a real fight to get them to put the money back in when a refund is requested. I would like you to explain why I have not yet received a refund and confirm when the money will be put back into my account.

I've been having problems with Mighty Deals.

I purchased two products, both of which have been paid for (money taken from my account) however i have only received a voucher for one.

I have sent numerous emails but get the same reply. One problem is that you cannot create a 'ticket' for: you've taken my money but I don't have a voucher!

I keep attaching my message to a previous voucher and they keep telling me that I've redeemed it. Basically they aren't reading my emails.
