I am currently waiting on a refund from Mighty Deals. I purchased an iPhone which I returned in early October. I was told my refund was being processed and yet here I am on the 21st October STILL looking for my refund of £177.00.
If this is not resolved by the first week of the New Year then I am making a report to the Ombudsman. This company is an absolute joke.0 -
Perhaps anyone still owed goods/money by Mighty Deals should consider a small claim (Money Claim Online) against them in the new year?0

I bought a Lenovo laptop on the 17th Dec, which should have arrived(according to Mighty Deals) by the 24th....So far it hasnt yet arrived and Ive had no reply to the query I opened through their website...If the Mighty Deals representitive reads this, my voucher number is M31CF2496....
Addendum....Just checked and noticed that the MightyDeals rep hasnt logged on to MSE since the 17th of December....must have been told to keep a low profile over the moneymaking period....Couponing....."every little hurts"

I went on Twitter and tweeted that I want my refund that I've been promised since October. Got a swift reply to say sorry and that my refund was on its way and should be with me tomorrow. I also asked for this in an email.
Human error by all accounts. I won't jump for joy until I see money in my account.0 -

I have had trouble with mighty deals too. In September I bought an easel from their website for my daughters Christmas present. On Christmas Eve when I opened it there were several parts missing making it unusable. I contacted them straightaway. A few days later I received an email saying that they contact the place where the easel came from and they were unable to replace it. They said they would give me mighty cash. Why would I want to buy something from there again? They have my money and I am unable to get it back due to a faulty item. I think it's disgraceful. Sometimes it seems as though they are not even reading the emails.0

We bought a £10 argos voucher for £5 over a month ago from this company. They sent us an email with a BLANK code, so we complained. We were promised a refund but 5 days later they gave us mightydeals cash instead of our money back. I emailed 5-6 more times before I got a response to say I would definitely get a refund. To this day I am still waiting. I have sent numerous emails and they keep saying they will do it but they have STILL kept our money. Do not use this company!!!!!!0
