There must still be lots of people either without voucher or refund. My purchase does not even show on my Mighty Deals account. All I have is a payment made via c/c. Like many others I will not use this company again
Yes, indeed, me too. Have contacted Mighty Deals and just the usual "We are a bit busy.... ".
I actually feel sorry for the staff, because if we all post reviews on the review sites, they will fairly soon go out of business. In the meantime, Mighty Deals have made a total mess out of all this, and I wouldn't use them even if they changed their management, refunded and gave compensation. There is nothing to be had from me ever again.0 -

I'm waiting on 3 x £5 refunds from the Tesco £10 offer.
I didn't realise it was 2 per household and purchased us one each.
Got emails on 12th May stating refund had been issuesd as I had broken terms of offer. Allow 5-7 days for refund to clear.
No sign of refund. Will need to contact my card provider if I don't receive.
Thankyou for your help with this matter.
Many many others also in this position(see other thread running)
including my daughter who is now moaning at me as I advised her to do it!0 -
I was told I would receive a refund for the wimbledon tickets and got an email confirming this, the advisor has now gone back on his word and email and is refusing to issue a refund. What kind of company confirms you will get a refund and then refuses to give you the money back? Disgraceful service! I have received no help at all from the customer service advisors and they have not by any means resolved this case like I have been told they would.0

I have emailed numerous times with no success! I was told I would get a refund and received an email confirming this. The person dealing with this has now went back on what they said and is refusing to issue a refund. What will you do about this?0

Have a read of MSE's Chargeback article and the contact your card issuer.
A chargeback for not supplying a promised refund is very straightforward.0
