Still awaiting refund for voucher code MD27DD03C which was returned to merchant, Royal Mail Tracking code BZ333645744GB that shows delivery was made on 9/2/15. I now feel compelled to make an application to the small claims court if no refund is forthcoming.0

My partner ordered a photo scanner from mighty deals. Still not arrived, tickets raised but no response to any of them. Raised another one today.
Its not a lot of money but my partner is disabled due to a metabolic brain injury and ordered it herself, for herself. And the fact its not arrived but they have taken money has been very upsetting for her. She only ordered it to convert photos belong to her grandmother who just passed away.
These companies just don't see the big picture and effects of their inactions. My partner wishes she had checked the reviews of this company before ordering from it. No wonder there is no phone number to contact them, they would need a complaints department the size of the UK.
Can we have out item please or our money refunded Mightydeals rep?

Hi,
I ordered a Dell E4300 laptop + Windows 8.1 on the 27th April for £34. On the 28th April I redeemed my voucher. After 10 days I have not had delivery of the Laptop. I have tried to contact Mighty deals during this time to confirm the order was correct, however I get no response. I finally contacted the supplier today who has said mighty deals posted the product at the wrong price and I should contact them. This is getting very frustrating. Please can someone contact me from mighty deals regarding this issue.
Many thanks

Hi,
I also ordered a Dell E4300 laptop & Windows 8.1 on the 27th April for £34. On the 28th April I redeemed my voucher and also have not received my goods.
I have sent several emails to mighty deals with no reply's the first dated 28th April (two weeks ago!)
I have spoken to CRS the suppliers and they say that they are not processing any order from mighty deals due to an error on there website and to contact mighty deals, they also said that they have been trying to contact mighty deals themselves for over a week regarding the offer.
They seem very quick to take my money but extremely slow to answer/reply to emails from paying customers. If there is a problem it not difficult to email people!
Thanks,
Adam0 -
If you want a hassle free shop avoid this company at all costs.
Items I have bought have turned out to be poor and not a real deal - they could have been bought cheaper elsewhere. This is partly due to exorbitant postage cost but mainly due to a lot of the good being multi cheap buys from the Far East.
If you are attracted by an offer research it thoroughly before you buy from them.
The after sales customer service is appalling and if you need a refund it is like trying to get into Fort Knox so all in all beware - read all the other reviews around - there are a lot of unhappy customers - that speaks for itself !!0
