    So, you can't refund this to another card, even though the card used for payment is no longer valid?

    You say the refund was made on 27th Feb, its now 9th March and the bank confirm there has still been no refund...

    Perhaps I haven't received the refund because you are trying to refund to a card that no longer is valid?

    What kind of shambles of a company are you!?
  • I am also looking for a refund but seems customer service can't find the details of the item I have returned, such poor service. I have contacted them again but hold little hope of a satisfactory resolution. The voucher code was MD27DD03C.

    I paid via PayPal and the money has not been released back to my account. I have been receiving emails for about a month saying that my refund has been processed. I would appreciate if this could be done asap.
  • The Royal Mail tracking code is BZ333645744GB which shows delivery took place on 9/2/15
  • I bought voucher for an iPhone that expired on March 10. On March 8 I wrote to Mighty Deals and asked if I can upgrade the voucher by paying more to get a more featured phone iPhone they were selling.

    Despite committing to reply within two business days, that is before the expiry of the voucher, Mighty Deals waited until it had run out then told me it had expired and could not be redeemed.

    I notice someone on the board posts from Mighty Deals, perhaps she can respond? Case ID#1015659

    I also got a voucher for an iPhone via them, I am having no luck at all trying to reach mighty deals or the company. Paid £536 and really starting to think i've been scammed. Luckily we have paid through with credit card and also paypal but the customer service or should I say service in general is disgraceful.
  • I have also bought an iphone around a month ago and still have not received my item I am very worried that I have been scammed too. It is my first time purchasing from mightydeals and it has been horrible, I redeemed my voucher and and they claimed it would take 10 days delivery, it has been more than three weeks. I am very concerned and Mighty deals has still not replied to my enquiry, I am very unsure of what to do.
