    Thank you for your valued feedback. We really do care about your views so thank you for sharing this with me.

    I can see that you are unhappy with your experience with us and I am keen to get this resolved for you.

    We operate a ticket based system after many studies and investigative research has shown that our customers receive a quicker and more helpful response online than over the phone.
    This also prevents customers from being on hold whilst we assist other customers. This has proven to be beneficial as the tickets can be re-opened, whereas if we operated a phone line, the customer would need to repeatedly call for each question.

    If you have a ticket that you are specifically unhappy with, please could you provide me with the ticket ID so I can investigate?

    We do try to respond as quickly as possible, but as I’m sure you can imagine, we get fewer requests on Social Media that we ask the team to pass over the Customer Support as a ticket which is the correct way to contact us.

    I hope I have answered some of your questions – please do provide the ticket ID if you can though so I can look into this as promised.

    How can I get a refund into my account today when I did have any email to confirm a refund was issued (through paypal). And why is no one answering my replies to the ticket ID 1007663.

    To be fair to the support adviser, they were polite responses and she's tried to answer in the best way with what she has to work with, however it's the purchase experience and delays I'm unsatisfied with.

    Original delivery date (as advised on MightyDeals site for purchase): 15 days (Sunday 18/01).
    Additional delay: 12 days, if it arrives tomorrow (Saturday 31/01).

    To allow you to read this on Monday, I would be happy with either fast delivery (by Tuesday 03/02) or prompt refund through PayPal.

    The outcome (positive or negative) will be shared through this forum for others to learn from my experience.

    I am stating publicly that you are in breach of contract, based on the two stated facts in your sale of the iPhone 6 on your website:

    - iPhone 6 was in stock (this was not in MightyDeals stock or in 3rd party supplier stock);
    - Item would arrive within 15 days (this is now 32 days after purchase, 17 days late).

    Please can you resolve ticket 1003550 with prompt delivery of the device, confirmed with tracking number for delivery, or full refund.
  • You know, I once asked Neil Campbell on another board about:

    1) The multiple email addresses his collagues keep mentioning in their forum replies.
    2) The lack of identification for who's making the post on the forum on their behalf.

    He did take those on board - but it lasted all of about less than 24 hours in total :rotfl:
  • I am also having issues with Mighty deals!
    I have tried to book 2 tickets to Iceland through a deal on mighty deals website. This was a deal to arrange the holiday in February 2015 through KPX travel agency.


    I tried to redeem the vouches with KPX travel (worth approx. £500), at this point I was told that they can not provide my holiday in February as there is no availability.


    They offered me an alternative which was to go in march for 100 pounds per person extra.


    this left me with 2 vouchers which I would like a refund for as the travel agency is unable to provide me the service I originally purchased.


    Since then i have tried to contact Mighty deals to get a refund. I have had NO response from mighty deals


    I am worried and want to know what I should do to get my money back :(


    My Anniversary and Valentines day is ruined!


    Any help would be appreciated!

    While I have been waiting & panicking & waiting in for my I phone 6 to appear, it finally arrived today.

    I would just like to say that NIgel Warr delivered on his promise today, I was a little worried to say the least as £486 is a lot of money,

    So anyone waiting for any deliveries ! It looks like you will be answered at sometime, Thankyou Nigel.:)
