    Thanks for telling me the telephone numbers but they are not in use - I guess it is another way that this company has of eluding angry customers thus avoiding refunding or exchanging.
    I have been, at last, given the contact details of the supplier for my particular complaint so tomorrow I will start trying to deal with them I am thinking I will not have much luck but I will not give up.
    Never have I used such a clumsy site as that of mighty deals, I feel sure they are very slippery customers huh?

    I did - I do not know whether it "worked" because I was also keeping on at them by using their "tickets" - but I did get a positive reponse - I now wait to discover whether I have been pushed from pillar to post, as it were.

    I cannot see this reply - and the 17th November would have meant that I had no issue with you - my problems started end December and although I am getting somewhere now it has been along and arduous struggle.
    I await a confirmation from your office that a refund will be due to me - let's hope it will not take too long.

    Well, looks like I'm the latest to fall for Mighty Deals tempting offers and poor service...

    Order placed 3rd Jan for a new iPhone 6 16GB, which was advertised as Mighty Deals stock and delivery within 15 days. Successfully redeemed voucher within 1 hour of purchase. Getting close to 15 days with no update or delivery details, I chased Mighty Deals for a delivery date, receiving the following (late) response:
    Thank you for purchasing the iPhone 6, 16GB in space grey.

    Our supplier has advised us that there has been a delay in their stock arriving from Apple. We have been advised your phone will arrive with you before January 31st.

    We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We have put £10 Mighty Cash in your account, but please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions. In this instance you can email us at customerfeedback@mightydeals.co.uk as we will respond within 24hours.

    Naturally with their feedback on this site and feefo.com, as well as no working phone numbers and very prompt closure of the ticket, I am very worried that this pricey purchase won't arrive any time soon. Also not impressed that the credit expired in a week, and anything under £20 incurs expensive delivery that makes it more pricey than same items on eBay/Amazon!

    No response from their Customer Service email address in 3 days, so sharing my experience before others are caught out and we'll see if the goods arrive in time before I press PayPal for a refund of £487...
