I am also waiting for a slow cooker I ordered from Mightydeals on the 13/12/14 and was told it was Xmas delivery but it still hasn't turned. I have emailed mightydeals several times without a response. This is the second time in the past 2 months I have been let down by them. I would ideally like a refund of my money and not mighty cash as you refunded me with that on the other item I didn't receive and I used it to purchase this item. I will not be using your company again I would just like someone to answer my enquiry0

Can anyone help me. I ordered a slow cooker from Mightydeals which was supposed to be delivered by Xmas but has not turned u . This is the second time I have been let down by the company. They resolved the matter that time. I have emailed them numerous times but have had no joy. I am fed up with being ignored. I just want my slow cooker or my money back. Can anyone help0

Thank for response MD Representative and I can confirm you did indeed respond to my email personally. Unfortunately consistent with the other fruitless methods of contacting MD you still have not given a refund. To your credit you didn't ask for the return tracking ID again which MD have had on record on 4 occasions, instead this time you asked for the voucher code, given that this is clearly in the subject line of the email I can only assume that like the other emails/customer service tickets you didn't actually bother reading the email correctly. I have also responded on no fewer than 5 occasions to the customer service tickets as requested never to get a response. Congratulations on a brilliant scam of avoiding having to provide refunds or a customer services team that actually does anything Again I await a refund for the faulty iphone returned in November 2014 (in case this saga continues into 2016).0

I ordered 2 Bluetooth Ear buds through Mightydeals on the 26/11/14, redeemed the vouchers and then never heard a thing, as these were intended as Christmas presents I chased them up through the only method of contact on the site on the 14/12/14 to which I still haven't received a reply, I again tried to redeem the vouchers through the site and heard nothing, then again I tried one more desperate effort to contact mightydeals on the Eve of Christmas and unfortunately yet again I am still awaiting a reply!
I looked for further contact methods which lead me to Martins advice only to find pages on pages of further victims of Mightydeals which surprises me this hasn't been deemed as a fraudulent scam by now.

How on earth can anyone get any response from this firm? I have been trying for over a week now, they were quick to take my money but not so quick now I have faulty goods from them.
I must have opened 7/9 tickets and messaged them from facebook.
I am seriously thinking of making contact with trading standards - but would rather they answered me - can anybody point me in the right direction?0 -

Me and DH have purchased hundreds of amazing bargains through Mighty Deals over the last year or so.
Not once have we ever had a problem be it delivery or quality of items we received.
On the couple of occasions we have had a query these were dealt with promptly and efficiently by the lovely team at MD.
Seems some people are unlucky for whatever reason, but i hear MD have far more satisfied customers than those not, funny thing is you don't often hear about them as they have no need to come on forums praising a company like MD.
We would not hesitate to use them again :T0
