Mighty Deals have my money :-(

Hi, This is an outline of many emails sent to mighty deals customer services , daily .
I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND BACK ON TO MY CREDIT CARD AS INFO BELOW.
Tried to cancel my order for a UE46F6500 3D TV.
I have an email that states " voucher successfully redeemed " for UE46F6500 3D TV ,(30/04/2014) that’s good, but do I have any company or merchant details / links , as there was none when I tryed to view the Voucher . Your site state “ The contact details for the merchant supplying you item WILL be on the voucher we send you”.But was not. I have raised a ticket regarding this matter , but no reply.
And what is my time frame for a full refund ( including postage and packaging refund, £ 608.00 ) , I have paid via a credit card. Credit card company also informed.
Your term and conditions state “check your merchants Ts & Cs as to their refund policies”, but as above there are no details, are you “Mighty Deals “ the merchant , if not , I would like to know who is ,.
Quote :-
Refunds
“All advertisements that promote the deals on the Mighty Deals website reflect the terms and conditions that we have agreed with the merchant and at the time of going to press these were correct. Mighty Deals and Mighty Deals accept no liability in the event that the subsequent terms of the deal are changed by the merchant, but we will of course offer a no quibble refund within 7 days of purchase. Once a customer has redeemed a voucher, the customer must refer to the merchants T's & C's.”
I have summited cancelation tickets / email ,every day for the last 4 day , to make sure somebody replies ,
I did the following, on the 30/04/2014 , as you can see no merchant details ,
How To Redeem
To redeem, please visit mightydeals.co.uk/redeem.aspx?ldid=18687 and enter your details, including your voucher code. Click 'Confirm order' to complete your order.

Markxx,
Have you still had no response?
I have given them until end of day today to reply before passing the problem over to my CC company.
I've raised tickets through the site and also sent emails to their customer service email address and got the same from both......nothing!
I would urge anybody thinking of using Mighty Deals to just pay the extra.
Not only because of the problems of them ignoring emails when you have paid but not received the goods but also, if they are this bad to begin with, I can only imagine how they will be if a problem arises if you have faulty goods.0 -

Thing is until we go into argos and try and use the emailed numbers all code which others say hasn't worked too we don't know if its valid or not. So we need to possibly waste our time and money going there to find out we can't use it possibly.0 -
I am having problems today with redeeming a voucher with 'Spice-Hot' for two passport document holders. I got the vouchers today but they were not accepted on the webpage. The screen just went blank on me. No matter how many times I tried I could not get past the initial checkout page. Also Mighty Deals stated on the voucher that the delivery charge was per voucher, but the checkout showed a charge per item. I have emailed them via their contacts procedure and tried, unsuccessfully to telephone them. Reading all the problems others have had I do hope that Mighty Deals do respond within the promised 48 hours otherwise I will be very upset.0

Nope not heard anything back guess will have to wait until we go I to argos and see if we have trouble and then contact the credit card company for a refund if that happens.0 -
I've received a response from them.
The customer service rep told me "Sorry for the inconvenience, there was a problem with the courier. The camera is now on it's way and should be with you within 7 days. This ticket has been closed as solved"
:mad::mad:
What utterly abysmal service.
None of my questions were answered regarding whether the camera is an import and how the warranty will be affected if it is and I still have no merchant details for the camera.
I've responded to the email telling them I'm still not happy and to answer the questions.0 -

Much to my relief the second code that was in an email did work though the argos store hadn't heard of the deal they did try the code and it worked. Stressful to say to the least but we got there in the end. Great deal just didn't need the wrong code being sent initially and the worry that when you do go in with just an email with number that it might not work.0
