Hi
I bought a Orthomedic Divan with Orthopaedic Mattress and Headboard and received my voucher code number but the link isnt working when i need to open it and enter my details so it can be ordered from the company. Tried calling mighty deals but no one is picking up. E mailed twice but no reply. Just need the right link so i can redeem my voucher code. Any one had this before?
Thanks0 -
I wish I had seen all these post on here BEFORE I foolishly handed over my money to this bunch of cowboys !!!! My voucher code wasn't found when I tried to redeem it, no reply to e-mails. I had assumed that as it was associated with MSE, as the offer came via MSE e-mail, that there wouldn't be any problems.......seems I was wrong !!
How can MSE be parternered in any way with them !?!?!0 -
Hi Everyone,
Please email me your voucher code to the above email address or twitter@mightydeals.co.uk and we will resolve your issue.
Thank you.
Kind regards,

Why am I not surprised there is a thread on Mighty Deals here?
I have had a really poor experience with them, by and large because they keep changing the dates for redeeming their vouchers. IME its impossible to redeem these using a tablet, so I waited to borrow a laptop to find that the redemption window for the voucher I had purchased had "expired". Whereas yesterday the was a number to call (albeit operable 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri only), today it disappeared from the website.
I bought the deal because I really wanted the item, now I just want my money back and to have nothing more to do with the company.
Eta: quoting terms and conditions at me. It's not a question of not understanding this, but a case of spending a considerable amount of money and seeing nothing in return. I am furious with the way I have been treated.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

I clicked on that box but rather than printing I got another email, this time labelled your Debenhams e-giftcard. This email said I should click on a button or a link to activate but the link is missing and the button doesn't do anything. I tried to ring the contact number on the website (01483 521 600) but after ringing for 10 minutes (interspersed with 'your call will be forwarded to one of our agents') it went silent; I stayed on the line quite a while longer but nobody answered. Anybody got any ideas what I should do next?
I have had this issue as well the link is finally active so have tried to redeem the voucher if the voucher is not sorted within 24 hours I am opening a paypal dispute. I hope the mightydeals representative reads this reply as I have tried to sort the issue via the ticket system and both my tickets have been closed without reply. I either want my vouchers or my money back but rest assured I will not be buying from these again!!!!! I am really hacked off.0 -
They had a deal over the weekend for £10 Argos vouchers for only £5 each, so I bought one for myself and, after checking it was ok, one for my mum.
I followed the redemption procedure and received an email last night with my "Argos Collection Code". Went to an Argos today to use and and, surprise surprise, neither was accepted.
I'm just about to email them, but i'm not too hopeful.0 -

have a look at the code, it should be all numbers.
think they are working through sending correct ones out, they have 2000 odd bought, and they probably need to send the correct codes to everyone.0
