  • Hello Kel502,

I am a Director at MightyDeals. I am sorry to hear about your experience. Could you possibly contact our customer service number 01483 412 978. The number is on the Mighty Deals website. If you ask to speak to me, Neil Campbell I will look into your request.

    Kind Regards,

    Neil Campbell

I would be grateful Neil Campbell if you could contact me regarding my refund as all emails and phone calls to yourselves are being ignored. I ordered a tablet which wasn't delivered therefore you broke the agreement of supplying it and have only offered me mighty cash as a refund this is unacceptable on all levels one I do not want anything else from mighty deals and that is my money I did not receive the goods I ordered therefore I should be given the money back to MY account my bank account please.
  • I've been waiting 25 days now for my 2 android tablets, spoke to the customer services on Thursday, told they would find out what's happening and get back to me within 24 hours (that passed without a reply)
It was the second time I'd called and got through yet on both occasions I spoke to the same person which seemed bizarre, maybe only the one working and taking calls from lots of disgruntled customers!
On a separate note avoid anything sold from Fizzy Peach, two items paid for and received, neither of good quality or fell within size guide quoted. Both returned in order to get a refund and guess what, the items are sitting in the local sorting office, I'm not a betting man (other than my Mighty Deals gamble!) but I doubt they'll get collected and nor will I get a refund...
I've still a little faith with the tablets but that's wearing thin now, it's hard to believe Mighty Deals is in any way connected with the Money Saving Expert
Annoyingly I've seen a good half dozen items I'd buy from them but not until the last deal is sorted and I have my items...

It looks like MightyDeals representative last signed in to MSE forums on 21 November but for some reason missed this thread.
Their post on 5 November did include an email address which might be useful.

Why not send them an email to that address?
Might be a good idea to send them a link to this thread too. ;)
  • Hey thanks for posting...

I've had a few emails back and forth along with the phone calls, the representative did say that they where very busy which kind of suggests more people are struggling to get items than just us who are posting on the forum.

As for sending the link that's a good call and I will next time I email them...

I think the issue is the deals are just too big for what could be small operators potentially working from home, maybe even the kitchen table!!

Fingers crossed I will receive the tablets and they will work correctly, if so I'll be straight back on here to update everyone. I've already given up and wrote the money off to Fizzy Peach, hopefully others may read this though and decide not to spend any hard earned money with them.
  • I have my tablets :-)

Still not tried them, it'll have to wait until the weekend...

26 days, all the way from Swansea!!

Mighty Deals looking into the Fizzy Peach order too, sent a screenshot of the tracking info on the Royal Mail website to the merchant

I might even get that refund yet
  • Had not received order and e mailed company several times but they didnt respond until voucher had ran out said i had not redeemed when i had They have kept my money including delivery Supervisor said they would credit my account but they have not kept their promise they have since taken order details off my account on their website but luckily i have kept a copy Taking up with my bank as a dispute

Dont use this company however good the offers may look they are not an honest fair company
  • I ordered 3 of the tablets at £29.99 each and 2 arrived all though they were way over the 20 day delivery so thought I would wait a week to see if the other one turned up it hasn't turned up so rang might deals today to be told I only redeemed 2 vouchers and the time had ran out on my 3 rd voucher and I am not entitled to my money back, surly this is wrong?i rang trading standards who have told me they are breaching their contract and to write to them,so rang them back and told them I had been In Touch with trading standards, and the lady was shocked and said she would speak to her manager she came back seconds later saying her manager said no they will not refund, when I asked to talk to the manger myself the lady said it's not possible but she would get the manager to ring me well surprise surprise they haven't rang, what I want to know is what is my 29.99 being used for?i think they are ripping people off and will never use them again and I have taken this up with my bank and will not let this lie I know it is not a huge amount but now I have to try and afford to buy another tablet or I will have a very upset child on Xmas day

Oh dear, I have the same problem with a tablet I purchased from Mighty Deals. I redeemed the voucher on 20 October and had to wait over the 20 working days for it to arrive. I then found it was faulty, exactly the same as yours, won't charge. I have raised ticket after ticket and not had a response. Where do you send it back to? Godalming address? Neil Campbell, if you are still a Director at Mighty Deals, perhaps you would have the courtesy to look into my tickets raised, advise where to return the tablet and ensure a speedy refund. I have stupidly purchased the more expensive version in the hope it will work but having read all the terrible reviews on here I am going to try and cancel it. Clearly Mighty Deals don't care about customer service or selling products that actually work. I can't understand why Martin Lewis and Moneysavingexpert are associated with this terrible site.
  • Has anyone managed to get the Mighty Deals address for returns? I did get an email from Neil Campbell, surprisingly he didn't include the address to return the faulty tablet and asked someone called 'Amy' to email it to me. Needless to say haven't heard since. I will post it on Monday to the Godalming address if I haven't heard by then. Really think Trading Standards need to step in and investigate this company, clearly they are not bothered about customer service or replying to complaints.

  • Can I clarify that neither Martin Lewis norMoneySavingExpert is affiliated with MightyDeals. The relational name on the MightyDealswebsite is MoneyExpert. A dodgy enoughreference seemingly to piggyback of the good name of MoneySavingExpert. I'm not absolutely certain which was first, but it seems likely to me that .

The MSE forum is helpful in allowing people from MightyDealsthe right of reply here, the negative coverage has guilted them into respondingand which has ultimately assisted forumites. It suggest that it should not be considered an endorsement ofMightyDeals.

I've ordered three of the tablets. I only wanted one in the first place but amnot sure whether this one will turn up at all. MightyDeals have not replied to any of my (at least) five emails (and tothree different addresses) - within their stated 3 day period or since - andthe three calls I've made have all not been picked up after ringing.

I've now passed this issue to my credit card company who didnot seem surprised to hear the name MightyDeals mentioned to them. I'll waiting for the 8th January before I addthis third one to the other two being dealt with by the credit card company butwill give it a chance. Perhaps it willturn it. Perhaps it’ll turn up and function.

    Two lectures to finish:

    1) Everyone should use a credit card when buying on theInternet for reasons such as this.

    2) People shouldn't use MightyDeals at all, for anything, ever.
