i also have problems with mighty deals i it took a month to come and was faulty its now been over a month since it went back , 25 days since they emailed they had got it ,i asked for a replacement . 6 phone calls and many emails i want my money back .

Ordered 2 x Tablets from Mighty Deals back in October 2013 and after waiting more than the 10 days for delivery, once the voucher was redeemed. I telephoned the customer service helpline, what a joke in trying to get hold of someone, as you just sit in a queue waiting and waiting, finally after a few attempts, I finally get an answer and was told this would be looked into. Again, after no update I go through the procedure of ringing again and finally get given a tracking number, in which only one of the tablets arrives.Here I go again in trying to get hold of a company that do not answer the telephone, I was told that the second tablet would be with me by the end of last week and to no avail, this has not shown up. I am ringing and ringing Mighty Deals but no one answers the phone or it is just engaged all the time.
Sadly these were Christmas presents and I am not just out of pocket, but now have to find more money to get something else.
I will never recommend Mighty Deals to anyone...

Don't trust Might deals, I bought a vacuum cleaner from this site and when it arrived it was broken. I returned the item as per their instructions. I then phoned to make sure that they had received the returned item as I had not heard from them. I did not receive my money back, After many telephone call and emails which they did not respond to. I eventually got a refund for the item 2 months later but not any of the postage costs. I am now about £30 out of pocket. Due to this bad experience I will not be using them again but wanted to warn all others do not touch them they are not worth the effort

I can't find any information about my deal. Money was taken, purchase 20.02.2014. Voucher was successful redeem but I can't find merchant information. How to check information about delivery?
My voucher MBE6A15FA.
On my deal page I see some product in basket but when I opened is actually empty.

Once you have logged into the Mighty Deals website, hover over your name at the top right of the page and click on ‘Account’. This will then take you to a page with two tabs – ‘My Deals’ and ‘My Details’.
All deals you have purchased will be in the “My Deals” section
If your deal is not showing on your account page, please contact us using the contact us page with the following details so our Finance Team can look into this for you:
Name of Customer
Name of cardholder
Card Number
Time of payment
Date of payment
Amount
Deal Purchased
Bank Transaction Reference

I see my deal with date of purchase 20/02/2014. But why I still got this item in my basket? When I open basket (using checkout button) there is nothing in side with total to pay 0.00 How to empty my basket?

I ordered a Debenhams voucher from Mighty Deals; I got an email to redeem by typing in my voucher code and email on the Mighty Deals website, which I did, a pop-up box then appeared which said I could choose to have a voucher for me for as a gift, then had a box at the bottom where it said I could print. I clicked on that box but rather than printing I got another email, this time labelled your Debenhams e-giftcard. This email said I should click on a button or a link to activate but the link is missing and the button doesn't do anything. I tried to ring the contact number on the website (01483 521 600) but after ringing for 10 minutes (interspersed with 'your call will be forwarded to one of our agents') it went silent; I stayed on the line quite a while longer but nobody answered. Anybody got any ideas what I should do next?
