Ordered 2 on the 18th October and not heard a thing since, hopefully they'll turn up soon however after reading about the issues people are having they could well turn out to be junk!
I think I'll stick to eBay for the likes of this in the future, and least you have protection and someone to turn too when it all goes wrong...

I on 23rd oct ordered a 9" android bundle for £69.95. After nearly
4 weeks I am still waiting for delivery I have tried contacting
The 'merchant' whose only contact us through post or email
I have contacted mighty deals through email as the phone just rings continuously who too can't contact the merchant !!!
They have said they will credit my MiGhty deals account with a refund
Not my bank account. Now they have broken their terms and conditions surely by non delivery and why would I want to buy anything else from here I ask! This was for my daughters Xmas present so at the moment I am still in the dark if it's been dispatched, with no tablet and no money. Thanks mighty deals! Can anyone help!!!0 -

Did it perhaps say something like "please allow 28 days for delivery"?
By the way, from 23 October is not yet three weeks.

It looks like MightyDeals representative last signed in to MSE forums on 6 Nov but for some reason missed this thread.
Their post on 5 November did include an email address which might be useful.0 -
Hi it said allow 10 working days for delivery which is past I still have had no resolution to this no contact and they seem to be ignoring my emails too so they have my money and I have nothing to show for it!0

So have you contacted Mighty Deals using the method I posted earlier?
I h tried contacting mighty dels using every method possible to Neil Campbell, emailing customer services, ringing customer services nothing at all I now have to attempt to find the £69.95 I paid to find my daughter a Xmas present0 -

Low and behold I have been refunded but to my mighty deals account so I have to spend it again at mighty deals can anyone tell me if this is right? I didn't cancel they actually didn't complete the transaction by sending it so surely I should be refunded to my account????0 -
I ordered 2 bikinis from the Mighty Deals website at the start of July and one arrived pretty much straight away however the other one never did. I ordered them for my honeymoon at the end of August so thought that should be plenty of time but now it is nearly December and I have still not received it. To be honest, the one I did receive was very bad quality and definitely not worth the money. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions about this and been fobbed off every time. At first they just claimed that it had been sent that day which was clearly lies and eventually I got them to agree to a refund since it is now coming into winter and months after my honeymoon. They laughably offered me a goodwill gesture as well but after a few weeks went by with no sign of the promised refund I told them not to bother with the extra goodwill gesture as it was clearly difficult enough just to pay me what I am owed. It is now 18th November and I have heard nothing. The last empty promise was that the refund would be back on my card by 6th November. I have tried calling them and it just rings endlessly and then cuts off. I have emailed them again but they are ignoring that too now. If anyone knows a way I can take my complaint higher please let me know as this company is not fit to trade in my opinion.0

I totally agree why on earth are trading standards not doing something it is so frustrating that you can't actually speak to a proper person! I don't want to purchase anything else I have no confidence it will arrive so in the meantime my money £69.95 is "stuck" in my mighty deals account (they gave me refund to here as a goodwill gesture apparently!!) if you do find any help please let me know ias I am getting desperate0
