I paid mighty deals for a canvas voucher last July. I haven't received canvas from Blue Amigo (despite several emails) . I have contacted both companies by email and 5 weeks ago wrote to both requesting a refund but heard nothing. Is that it? Have I no chance of a refund? I enclosed a print out of my bank statement
  • I also contacted mighty deals as a voucher was not useable and the link did not work sent 3 e mails and filled in the online contact form so called them and was told to e mail a lady direct with proof I had contacted them which I did 2 be told sorry you are out the 7 day refund period even though my e mail proves I wasn't now they are ignoring my e mails again surely they have a governing body to complain to?

There were 2 deals on the Mighty Deals website, the first was the Android Notebook and Accessories and the Learning Challenge Pad for Kids.
My next door neighbour ordered and paid for the 2 items for me. This was 6 days ago. Yesterday we printed off the vouchers and redeemed them both.
I got conformation e mails about the 2 items and had paid the postage and packaging and put my address for delivery.
Today my neighbour forwarded an email saying that the orders were cancelled and to contact the bank.
Mighty Deals had had the money for 6 days already and there was no problems. How can they just cancel my order and no money has been returned into either of our accounts.
So no money back so far, no products and have been told by Mighty Deals that the offer has now finished so would not be able to get it anyway.
Both accounts show no orders when they were clearly on there yesterday.
Has anyone had same problem? I am unsure what to do next
  • I did the shell deal recently which seems to have gone ok, though I'm seriously doubting it now.
I was sent a £5 voucher code to use on site I used it and paid a further amount for a hoody voucher ( post to be paid still )
I went to use the voucher and the company selling the hoody say its expired.
I don't care that's its only little money I've been done and I intend on getting my money back and making sure everyone I know also knows I was done.
Heaven help us all in August with the shell cards :(
I shall be phoning on Monday no doubt there won't be anyone answering from what I've read.

Stay as far away as possible from mighty deals especially their yourimageoncanvas.co.uk deal.
