Hi to anyone who has a problem with this firm.
I have, only today, been satisfied with a full refund to my bank for the purchase of faulty goods from this set up.
I started my complaints at the end of December and today the end of January have been awarded my refund to which I am entitled under consumer law.
My advice to all of you out there who may be having trouble is to KEEP on at them. Absolutely terrible customer service, and extremely clumsy web site, but ended well - for me anyway.0 -

However I can see that Marvyn was replying to each of your emails promptly since the middle of January and resolved your issue as confirmed on the 21st January by advising that your refund would be received within 7-10 working days. I note that you have advised that the refund was received after 7 days on the 28th January.
I do apologise that you are unhappy with the service that you have received, and we have taken your feedback on board.

As consumers, we are frustrated with:
- No phone number to promptly discuss problematic transactions;
- A ticket system, where many replies (mostly before mid January 2015) have repeatedly failed the response time of two working days, or ignored completely;
- Vague, woolly, generic and/or unsatisfactory responses to tickets;
- Presumed resolved cases as soon as you post responses to our queries - please give us a couple of days to check our emails and respond, like how you request we give you time to respond; and
- Issues seem to be responded quicker when publicly venting our frustration on Facebook, Twitter, forums (e.g. MoneySavingExpert), when we'd rather deal with them earlier on and directly with yourselves.
The offers are tempting, but when we experience bad service we won't return as customers and we won't recommend your services to friends, family and colleagues.
Fortunately for myself, I used PayPal as an intermediary payment system, who are holding funds while the transaction is disputed until I receive my purchase as described, or will refund my money if the item arrives late.0 -
