    We recently emailed some customers to say they had un-subscribed from Mighty Deals after they purchased our £10 Tesco Gift Card offer for £5. We made a mistake and would like to apologise. some customers were unsubscribed in error.

    We have experienced a large number of duplicate accounts being made to purchase multiple Tesco Gift Cards. In amongst these duplicate accounts, some accounts were unsubscribed in error. We sold over 16,000 Tesco £10 for £5 Gift Cards, over 11,000 customers will receive their redemption link on May 15th as confirmed in our deal terms. Over 4,500 duplicate accounts were created to purchase more than one per customer, or two per household.

    Accounts unsubscribed in error have been reinstated with immediate effect and these customers will still receive their Tesco £10 for £5 Gift Card redemption link on May 15th. No further action is required.

    Again, please do accept our apologies for any confusion we have caused. It has always been in our best interest to offer our 50% off the High Street deals to genuine customers.

    I have bought the 2 day Wimbledon offer, I paid £374 for two tickets. I have now seen that Newmarket holidays sell the exact same deal at the exact same hotel!!! for £145 per person, £290 altogether. How can you charge extra for the exact same deal? I feel as if I have been conned out of money. Will you do the decent thing and price match and refund me the difference. This was a gift for my daughters birthday and I am so disappointed that I have now seen the exact same deal for a lot less money. I wish I had seen that deal first and went through them as they actually have a phone number with service advisors to help unlike yourselves! Can you please get back to me as soon as possible regarding this?

    I bought the Tesco voucher from Mightydeals they took the money 22nd of April then cancelled since told by Mightydeals sorry our mistake blah blah...
    Went to Tesco today CANNOT USE IT THERE IS NOTHING ON THE VOUCHER I PRINTED IT HAS A ZERO BALANCE ON IT.?
    Also seen on another site ALL THE CODES ON THE VOUCHERS ARE THE SAME ? !!!!

    I did email yourselves and quoted the voucher codes, I have still not had a reply about getting refunds. Can someone please look into this and refund the money back into my account as soon as possible.

    Can someone phone me back, if you have a phone. I have just spoken to the holiday company providing the Wimbledon deal who have said there will be a fee of £179 for cancelling. I have seen the exact same deal on Newmarket holidays for a lot less money. I am absolutely disgusted. I wish I had never bought this from yourselves. All I wanted was a full refund. What can you do about this? This was meant to be a present for my daughters birthday and the whole thing has just been wasted.
