I love the 'butterflies in my tummy' feeling, I'm sure DH felt the same.

thank you, although the pebbles name is all mine, one thing he will never ever take away! My maiden name rocks, and no it isnt actually pebbles!

i dont know if he felt the same, but will have to see. have bought the Gary Chapman book 5 languages of love (or something) today, i def do think we have diff styles, but im struggling to have an attention span of more than a few mins at the moment... am about to get all my crafting bits out & make some cards or jewellery i think. pain is good for creativity!

ah bless, well it aint a bad thing to start a friday with! spesh not today....13th...

popped in very briefly to see mum, purely to make sure she had settled after first night. (prob not ideal for me to go, but until my default setting changes, i'll do everything i can to make sure my near & dear are settled. its just me. cant help it. :o

had a good chat with my sis today, all she was concerned with was saying how much of a nightmare mum was when younger & how they had some shocking barnies (sp?), tbf, they are like carbon copies when it comes to temper, its amazing the difference a diff father can make! (im only child from 2nd marriage)

not the most straightforward post, forgive me, nerve endings are going mad & its a struggle to keep my thoughts going in one direction!

typed a huge post and blooming lost it! ggrrr

well first night on my own done, took a diazepam as was getting stupidly anxious again, zonked out, slept pretty much all the way through, but got woken up at 8:30 to of of our cats puking on our bed....good morning mammy eh! would have to be the one that is always 'daddys' cat! but, it was DH's side of the bed.... Perhaps Kitty is showing his distaste for DH going....

no doubt though as soon as DH comes through the door he will be all over him like a rash! mercenary little monkey.

Will admit that I have cried this morning, me & DH love to snuggle and have a cuppa in bed on weekend mornings. Juat us before the world wakes up. I really miss him, i don't need him as much as i thought, but I do very much want him, and love him very very much.

Bought him a daft gift from the metro centre yesterday, a pair of Marvel Comic Heroes underpants, that have like captain america, wolverine, the hulk on them etc. and on the waistband, it has i'm your hero... just a cute little thing. and he would look great in them!.... havent told him what they are yet though!

sent me a text last night asking to move some money over to him, which isnt a problem as he had overpaid his part of the money last week. Replied letting him know it was done, and that I hoped he would have a good night with his brother (they're having a few drinks & watching TV whilst looking after my nephews as SIL is away ), a nice day with the nephews today, and to send them all my love....

not had anything back which I'm fairly sure that it'll be because he was nattering away with his bro & had a few & was bit tiddly, and that he'll have fell asleep, and will now be running round after the boys like a lunatic or be having a playstation/xbox/wii/ whatever marathon as its piddling down. DH is a creature of habit, and he will be in his element, he loves our nephews so much, i'm happy that they get the day together.

well that it what my rational part is thinking, the panicky side is thinking he just doesn't want to bother replying....:(

im going to try and use this time to get things bit more in order here, not gonna go mad, but in myself I feel calmer when things are organised. DH calls me monica from friends though..... never complains when he needs something & doesnt know where it is!

If you highlight your post and then press control + c before you post it, then if it does get lost you can paste it in again. (Use control + v to paste).

You will feel great when the house has had a thorough clean and tidy.

Hi pebbles everyday you realise something new about yourself, first night alone is a biggy. Doesn't stop the yearning but small steps are good. Try not to analyse stuff too much x

i know i need to keep busy. he's texting me loads this morning about a book we put away for his nephew. Wants to pick it up before he goes to his mums for dinner tomorrow, from which he is then coming here....

i'm a bit hurt as one of the things since mum came out of hosp is that i havent been able to go to his mums for dinner, ive really missed it. He knows that. So to get the book on the way there feels like salt in the wound. im half tempted to ask him if i can go in a jokily fashion, snd say that well these are the things i HAVE wanted to do but haven't been free too lately, but scared he will just pull a face and say no, which will do nothing but upset me further.

i'd just really like to go, i miss them all anyway from not seeing them for a long time, and its always happy & loving there.

I've already discussed with my MIL that i hope whatever happens we can remain close, and she said of course, and that if it had been me who turned up on her doorstep last weekend she would have took me in.

part of me thinks that i should ask, as this time is meant to be looking at uw talking, and perhaps dinner with them would be a nice relaxed setting where we could just be?
