I think your own reactions were just as bad as your sister's actions. Does it really matter who started it? Sounds like playground chat. There are so many other ways to deal with a spoiled brat. I feel sorry for your parents who have to deal with both of you behaving in an out-of-order way.

The best thing to do would be to go to family counselling and try to develop some different behaviours. It sounds like all of you have got stuck in slightly dysfunctional roles. Time to develop some basic respect for each other.

Can you imagine the questions if the LO grabs someone to spin them round and shout at them for saying a rude word in nursery?

And Mum says 'I was protecting her'?
I can imagine the questions asked if my LO proceeded to scream obscenities in a Nursery, regardless of whether he had been spun around and pointed at by another child. Two wrongs dont make a right in my book.

To be honest, the way it comes across is that you're both as bad as each other.

    I think that's the point.

OP, could you arrange to see your parents at your house instead of theirs and that way you wouldn't have to see your sister. It is time to take the high ground rather than resorting to the same behaviour as she does (as evidenced in your OP).

Can I just say DD didn't see any of the violence, just heard. And We go to my parents as OH has to do work for my dad to help pay off our debts.

Why can't he go on his own?
Science adjusts its views based on what's observed.
Faith is the denial of observation, so that belief can be preserved.

OP, just be better than her, if it happens again the best defence is to do nothing but film it as it happens. If she does not like it being filmed, best she learn to curb her tantrums.

Me and My Sister do not get on, but we both have kids and are mature enough not to fight, row or use foul language in front of the children.

If she cannot control her anger in front of the children, I would question her ability to look after children and would not hesitate in gaining the evidence to back it up.

By reacting aggressively or violently, your just lowering yourself to her standards which only serves to give her more ammunition to use against you.

Tell your OH to go on his own. Just stay away. No need to fall out with anyone, no need for an atmosphere - just stay away.

She started walking away so I grabbed her to turn her round and pointed my finger in her face to tell her off. (you get the picture) So she lashes out, punches me in the shoulder and cheek and tells me don't ever get in her f'ing face again. Dad decideds now is the time to intervene, grabs me, throwing be away from the situation, tells her to go to her room. I yell at him to don't ever manhandle me again (not the first time he's done this to me but I'm the only child he has done it to) And to tell her off as she's the one who punched me and is swearing non stop.
Sounds like you both need to grow up, to be honest.
