I expect it was a voucher tom collect from a store. I doubt you were expected to bring it home then and there. But I could be wrong, usually am.

I am glad that it all worked out in the end, but I do feel that what was a relatively minor issue that has been blown all out of proportion, and you need to look at yourself as to the reasons why this happened.

You are right, it was a voucher which you then arrange delivery from the company.

It was a british heart foundation fundraising quiz so the prizes were all donated from various local companies.
