First, sorry to hear about the fire. Write to your bank and request 6years of charges under the Data Protection Act. The address for your bank is in the Help Thread and the template is in Martin's article. If you don't know the account number anymore, just provide them with your address etc., it should be enough.Reclaimed thanks to this site:
