Hi, just been charged £35 for a rejected D/D. The transfer was going from a Lloyds sole account to Lloyds joint and I though I had cancelled it last month. We never get rej d/d or go over overdraft etc, would appreciate your suggestions as to how I should approach this. First, sorry to hear about the fire. Write to your bank and request 6years of charges under the Data Protection Act. The address for your bank is in the Help Thread and the template is in Martin's article. If you don't know the account number anymore, just provide them with your address etc., it should be enough.
