hi all. my name is mick.i have been trying to get some help in claiming back moneys from banks.credit cards.ect. i am finding it hard to know what is the right way to ask these people.and am worried that i might make a mistake in claiming.it would be great if someone out there could offer some advise or put me in contact with a person or company that can help. but does not charge the earth to do this.any replys would be much appreciated:T

No easy way of doing it apart from reading, reading and reading again especially the threads that pertain to the bank/credit card companies you are claiming from which gives you other user's experiences.0 -

Hi all,
Just registered. I have received my statements for last six years from Barclays and have also sent me my £10 postal order which i have resent back to them as its the statutory fee. How do i calculate charges? £25 was charged by Barclays for each returned cheque,overdraft limit etc.I have seen the calculator but dont know if its the each unlawful charges i should enter
