You'll find a list of what you can and can't claim in the Reclaim Help Thread which is linked in my signature along with the addresses you need and follow post 8 in this thread on how to get started with your claim.

Hi,
I have just recieved my statements from the Hellifax, they have only sent me the last three years but so far they owe me nearly 4 grand however how do I work out the intrest on the amount owed.

Highlight all your charges on your statements then go onto the main link for reclaim charges and there is a calculator there put them all on here its all explained on how to use it, and then send the relevent letter - keep to time scales and send everything recorded for peace of mind.Hope this helps.

Before I send my letter to bank, do i have to list all my individual charges in letter. Or just one over all charge

where it states the bank address do i put my local bank or the main office as found on here thanks

i have done the letters to the 2 banks i want to claim so now i just send them with a £10 cheuge right then wait is that right?
