I've still not heard anything from their cashback office. I have proof of receipt as I followed the advice in this thread and sent it by special delivery. Somehow I'm not surprised I've not heard anything from them...0

This might be of interest to you folks, TMO must have recieved my court paperwork this week as I've had a chq from them today (dated 15th) for the cashback they had initially rejected. I'm continuing with the court action as I need to recover my court fees0

Received my 1st cashback after 20 days (so 8 days early) by BACS with no contact from me, but emails informing me of paperwork recieved, claim successful and BACS to be paid from TMO.0

It's very helpful indeed, for all of us, to know that TMO does not actually have any backlog of claims at all.
We don't know that.I'm sure that everybody involved in, or contemplating, litigation with TMO over outstanding cashbacks will want to quote your experience as an example of what is perfectly possible at TMO.
I do doubt that somehow, but it may give hope where some would feel there is none.Some, here, have been arguing that the situation is otherwise.

Thanks a lot for this excellent piece.
I was on the old 12 month contract with Mob Outlet- the cash back for the 1st 6 months came thru fine.
I sent in the 11th bill by recorded delivery and the 12th month separately by rec deli. Now they say they did not recieve the 11th. I have the royalmail electronic proof of delivery showing someone has signed for it.
They have either lost my bill or are trying a fast one on.
I have sent them all copies of corrospondence, including the royal mail proof, my emails, covering letter- the lot- and yet they are not accepting that i have sent them the 11th bill.
I have also emailed to the forum@themobileoutlet and they haven't replied- and I have no choice but to claim thru SCC.
I hope I get the money that is rightfully due to me.0
