For me, nothing has changed, the only thing that has is that Cobra's back spreading discord.

Whilst I have great respect for your opinion Saint, that's not the way I recall things. Many people we're posting their complete failure in cashback claims, and TMO were resolving every one quite nicely (when seemingly people were in breach of genuine Ts&Cs). I trawled through the first set of pages many times to try to see if genuine requests were answered, and summised that they were. Hence my own assertion that a completely pessimistic viewpoint was unwarranted.

I also tried to suggest that a reasonable approach in the first instance would produce results from the TMO Forum team, which then did prove to be the case proven subsequently.

Since TMOs departure there have been drastically fewer such claims. All discussion seems to revolve around SCC action and late payment.

As SCC action costs companies a lot in the way of legal fees, and add travel costs (the SC court has to be local to you and not them)... I would think most ambiguous claims here would be successful given the settlement amount would cost the defendant less than full court costs. Not that I am suggesting that action would be unethical.

If you're stating that all business on here now revolves around late payment then things must have improved.

Of course this shouldn't be left unresolved and well done to everyone for pursuing it. It does seem to me a glaring hole in TMOs Ts&Cs still remaining, perceivably leaving themselves open to claims.

How many County court claims would one say is an okay number to receive each month?I ran a business for many years (and still have a minor part in it), and to date have never had a court summons.I don't have immunity to avoid being taken to court and paying out the fees involved. If the Mobile Outlet want to PM me, I will let them know my secret.
Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.
