It says the claim must be in writing, so I've always sent a covering letter to make sure giving my mobile number (again as I know it's on the bill) and details, dear sir, here is the xth-xth bill as requested, thanks. etc.
I'm sure you were going to anyway, but at least send it Recorded Delivery and keep checking it's arrived (as I do), or Special Delivery with Consequential loss and keep copies!Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -

You should've received a despatch note detailing how to make your claim, your post suggests that you don't have one?
Get one as a matter of urgency, this company has an interesting interpretation of the English language, so be on top of your game.Well life is harsh, hug me don't reject me.0 -

That's a good point, as you should send that back too with your first claim (but keep a copy!)Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0 -
had a reply from TMO after 31 days informing me they have received my 12th bill and to allow 28 days for processing:eek:
I have replied and politely informed them that another 28 days is not acceptable and they are in breach of there own T & C's and I wish to be paid immediately.
Talk about slow timing:mad:0 -
pls mar< & brenda, just use your "pm" functions for posts addressed to each other. that's what it's for.
i regularly view this thread hoping i could read inputs from people who have good or bad experiences from mobile outlet, not about these "brenday" or "cobra" thingy. just out of context, waste of space & time for us.
anyway, going back to the real topic, just got my 2nd cashback from them. took about 2 months to settle. had to threaten them to court as they tried to reject my claim saying i had a late payment, although not an outstanding bill. well it wasn't my fault if the network (t-mobile) requested debit payment from my bank at a later date (later than the collection date specified on previous bill which appeared as "payment received date" on recent one).
the 1st cashback i received without a problem though.

Right, I've flippin' well had enough of all this bickering, accusations, claims and counter-claims

The only claims and suchlike we should be discussing on here are those relating to TMO, their cashback and general issues. PLEASE PLEASE can we just all get on with that, so those of us who are in the middle of the process or are having difficulties with it can do what this forum was intended for - help, info exchange and support for each other ??
I for one am getting a bit tired of it all, and I'm sure others are too.......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
Just letting you know I have recieved my 2nd cashback by bacs, a few days late but I didn't have to e-mail them to remind them."He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,
He will kill your cat and nail him to the door"

I am waiting for payout of cashback 3 of 5. I sent the paperwork in to them by special delivery and it was received on 19th April. I received an email on 16th May to say that the paperwork had been received, the claim had been accepted and to expect payment within 28 days of receipt of the claim by BACS. I am still waiting.
I have emailed the forum queries team and have received a reply from them saying "I will pass your details to the cashback team to prioritize your response for you.", which was on 25th May and to date have received no response or payment.
My next claim is due to go in in the middle of June and I am wondering whether I should send a "letter before action" now so that it is not confused with my next claim?
Any thoughts?0 -

From my experience (for what it's worth...), you should have your money within the 28 days that they process the claim (irrespective of whether the T&Cs say from receipt).Toyota - 'Always a better way', avoid buying Toyota.0
