BrendaY - Nothing in today's post for me today, I will see what happens tomorrow before chasing it up. It is, however, encouraging that yours has turned up pretty much on-time.

It looks like TMO are indeed getting their problems sorted, so hopefully this improved performance will continue.

TMO, if you're reading, please keep up the good work (and ensure my cheque's in the post ;) )

BrendaY and everyone else - Whoo Hoo !! Today's post has come and it contains a nice shiny cheque for the correct amount from TMO :D

(Our post is always a day or two late compared to most)

A big THANK YOU to TMO for being spot-on with this first cb, here's to the rest of them going as smoothly !!!!!

As promised (just in case anyone was interested) I am posting again as I have now received my 1st cashback cheque installment.

Thanks to the forum team for sorting this out. Hopefully the next lot will be easier!

TMO (or should I say THE FORUM TEAM of TMO) do seem to be sorting themselves out a bit now.

Good luck to anyone who has a legitimate claim and is trying to get TMO to honour their side of the contract.

I'll post again when its time for the second cashback to go through...

Nice one, it's a shame that you had to claim on a public forum that you are going to take them to court before they do anything though.
Let's hope that they have indeed sorting out their communication difficulties.
