Has anyone who applied for cashback in mid February received a confirmation email to say that their claim has been received and is being processed? I got one when I applied for my first cashback in November but haven't received one this time.....
It does take a while for them to reply back, or instead email them asking to reply back by email the receipt of ur claim.

I applied for mine in december, got confirmation in mid-late Jan.
Just, make sure that if u've sent using special delivery that u've got a soft copy saved of the scan of TMO signed signature thats uploaded on the royal mail website, in reference to ur special delivery docket/ ref no.

I received my phone on Tuesday, and the following day (yesterday) received my first bill of T Mobile. I assume that that counts as BIll 1, as opposed to the 1st months bill which will arrived in a months time?

That is how it worked with mine, bill 1 is the first bill that you get.

E-mail them again, sometimes I find that the e-mail bounces or they don't recieve it because their inbox is full.

Yup, the first bill that physically pops into ur letter box, irrrespective of the month is ur bill 1, and so on.

Make sure, u file it somewhere and number it or stick a post-it on it reminding u of it being ur bill 1.

Be, systematic with ur bills and in the same file have a paper reminding urself of the date u need to claim ur monies, and always send ur claims using special delivery.

Follow this and u shouldn't have any issues with ur cashback.

    Hope, this help. :)

    Happy MSing.

I could only send in 5 bills not 6 as the 6th hadn't arrived.
