    time for my second claim and i too need bills 5, 6 and 7.
    but low and behold. O2CPW has labelled bill 7 as bill '8'. This has happened to a few people on here also. will this be a factor in my claim?
    also their first cheque they sent me was for £84. but my line rental is 29.99. 4 equal cashback amounts to £89.97. at this rate i'm going to be out of pocket by £23.88!

    Search through this and the old thread pKaTz and you'll find information on those two points (sorry - I don't have the time right now).

    Have you emailed the forum queries team? I'd strongly recommend doing that.

    BrendaY - no, not yet. Forum Queries team e-mailed me to say they had passed it to cashback team. Got an e-mail from the cashback team on Moday, saying the claim was successful and payment by cheque or BACS would be paid 28 days from receipt of my claim. That makes it around....now!! :D

    However, I am willing to wait until Friday's post/bank statement check before I chase it up. At the end of the day, if a couple of days and an e-mail or two produce the payment, I can live with that.

    I just e-mailed forum team to ask exactly which section of the bills you need to send in as clashing info has been posted on the forum and their response was;

    The top invoice page will suffice. We do not require the itemized billing pages.

    So there you go.

    Does anybody have a handle on what TMO means by "a few days"?

    Think of a number, double it, times it by the number by the number you first thought of and then send them another e-mail, to which you will get the 'Cash back dept, raise a cheque, switching to BACS...' response.

    What he meant to say was: "Give them a week, then you are pleasantly surprised when it is just two days."

    At least that was what I personally found to be the case, how about you thesaint?

    Thank you for telling everyone what I meant to say. I hadn't realised this myself.

    BrendaY,

    There are hundreds of posts extoling the virtues of the Mobile Outlet on this forum. Most of them tell the rest of us that they respond within a timely fashion with regards to their actions, I wouldn't be surprised if your cashback is not in your current account gaining interest as we speak:T
